Who We Are

Oregon Escapes is owned and operated by me, Ashlie Bibaud. I have been a licensed real estate agent for over 5 years in Oregon. With a strong belief in the power of real estate, it was a natural move to then invest in my very own rentals; located in the heart of Eugene! I spent a TON of time looking at properties and running numbers until I was able to find the perfect property to purchase. After running all those numbers, I realized how much MORE I could earn by choosing to rent as a short term rental rather than long term. There is also WAY more work involved, but I have found myself LOVING it. With that realization, I’ve decided to offer my skills and services to other homeowners who may not have the TIME; or they simply don’t LOVE it. That’s how I ended up with Oregon Escapes, managing several homes all over Oregon. I can’t wait to add yours and take the stress off your plate.

What We Do

We are here to help take as many tasks off of your plate as possible, and help you vacation rental run like a well oiled machine. We will be your eyes and ears; keeping watch of the property, and ensuring guests arrive to a clean and comfortable place for their stay. I think you will find we are more hands on and personal than the big companies, but at a fraction of the cost. Our 18% management fee includes all of the following. (Cleaning is a separate fee that goes straight to the cleaners)
