We begin our journey together with a complimentary consultation, where you have the opportunity to meet Ashlie, the dedicated owner of Oregon Escapes. During this meeting, we will discuss your specific requirements and aspirations for your rental property.
    For those who already have a vacation rental set up, Ashlie will conduct a thorough walkthrough of the property to familiarize herself with its unique features and amenities.
    Upon mutual agreement that Oregon Escapes is the right fit for you, we will proceed with sending you a contract. Our flexible contract terms operate on a month-to-month basis, providing you with the freedom to cancel at any time with just a 30-day notice. We are confident that our commitment to excellence will make this a rare necessity.
    As soon as the contract is signed, our dedicated team springs into action. We will seamlessly integrate with your property once you add us on as Co-Host, allowing us to optimize your listing and connect it to our advanced pricing software. It's important to note that you will always remain the proud owner of your listing, ensuring that in the event of a parting of ways, the listing and reviews will continue to be yours. Guest payments will go DIRECTLY to your account- our percentage will be deducted first if using Airbnb, or invoiced at the end of the month for VRBO.
    To enhance the guest experience, we kindly request to be the exclusive point of communication with your guests. Maintaining a single channel of communication helps to eliminate any confusion and ensures a streamlined guest experience. While we are managing your property, we ask that all communication with guests be directed through our expert team.
